In 2007 we were invited by Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC, the recently re-formed global luxury real estate network, to become their Affiliate for Venice, and we were more than delighted to accept.
Venice is always of huge international importance and interest, yet remains by its very nature a niche market and exclusive destination for discerning buyers at the very top end of the market. We have worked for over 20 years with property there, and understand more than most the delicate balance of life, the importance of discretion, and respect for 1000 years of history which all form part of the enigma that is Venice.
As Venice Estates we have handled some of the most important property sales in the city. Now as Venice Estates Sotheby's Realty our aim is to continue our success in representing only the top properties in this most beautiful of cities in our discreet and reserved way. Thanks to our new affiliation we can now take advantage of Sotheby's International Realty® network’s global footprint - the brand has worldwide representation and a close association with Sotheby's Auction House, and this association provides an obvious synergistic link between fine art and property buyers.
