Before arranging a viewing in Venice, we ask you to send us:
- your full contact information
- details of your planned trip to Venice.
Your details will be sent to us via a secure form, which you can open by clicking the button below.
If you are interested in viewing any property in Venice we would be delighted to arrange this for you – we will need some basic information from you and your firm dates of travel. All you need to do is click the button on the right which will open a secure form where you can fill your details.
We have access to many properties in addition to the properties shown here, and can make arrangements for viewings at short notice. We are able to offer help with accommodation if required.
Should you wish to proceed with a purchase we will be pleased to put you in contact with:
- an English speaking lawyer (commercialista)
- a notary
- a bank manager for accounting and mortgage purposes
- surveyors and architects if required.
You will be required to
- open a bank account in Italy
and - obtain a Codice Fiscale (Italian Tax Code)
but this is simple to do and will be dealt with by your lawyer or commercialista. Further information can be seen in our buyers' pages.
